"The One with the Planning" 

Are you looking to plan your own wedding, but need a little guidance on where to begin?

What's included?

  • The Savvy Bride Wedding Planner and Organizer This Planner includes a 12 month blank calendar to keep track of your appointments, timelines, and tips and tricks on how to plan, stay organized and execute your wedding. 

  • Wedding Planner and Organizer Binder. This binder includes everything in the Broke Girl’s Guide and more! 

  • Two Ultimate Brainstorming Sessions with me. These are two hour long meetings where we discuss anything wedding related.

"The One with the Tiny Wedding" 

Not interested in planning a large wedding? Micro weddings are the perfect option for couples wanting a small intimate ceremony with a more relaxed reception. This has the same elements of a full size wedding, just in a smaller, less stressful package! This service is available for weddings with guests 50 and under?

What's included?

  • Lovely Events by Von will arrive two hours prior to the ceremony start time.

  • Up 10 hours of service on the day of the wedding

  • Two Meetings including one venue visits prior to the wedding day to discuss wedding details.

  • Wedding checklist and timelines provided

  • Communicate and confirm day of details with all contracted vendors

  • Vendor Recommendation and Management.

  • Creation and Distribution of Wedding Day Timeline to all vendors.

  • Rehearsal - up to 1 hour.

  • Coordination of wedding party and family members.

  • Primary point of contact for your guests Set up of centerpieces and basic decor Securing of cards and gifts

  • Assure that wedding day runs according to the timeline.

"The One with the Peace of mind" 

Have you started planning your wedding but need a coordinator to help manage the flow of the day and communicate with vendors? No need to worry. Keep calm, stay lovely, party on and actually enjoy your wedding day!

  • Two Coordinators for the day

  • Up 10 hours of service on the day of the wedding (setup, full wedding, breakdown)

  • Coordination of vendors during the ceremony/reception

  • Two meeting prior to the wedding day to discuss final details

  • Unlimited communication via email/phone

  • Personalized wedding spreadsheet (inclusive of preliminary planning and day of timelines, detailed vendor information, and more)

  • Communicate and confirm day of details with all contracted vendors

  • Vendor management and recommendation 

  • Creation and distribution of wedding day timeline to all vendors

  • Rehearsal - up to 2 hours

  • Coordination of wedding party and family members

  • Lovely Events by Von will arrive one hour prior to the ceremony start time

  • Field all questions and concerns from vendors during ceremony and reception
